School of Engineering and Technology, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) is conducting a webinar on “The Role of Food Technologist in Building a Strong Food Processing Sector- Post COVID19 Pandemic” on 16 May 2020.
The webinar is mainly organized to motivate the young budding food technologist, and the role to be played by them during emergencies so that their action and intellectual will help in building a strong food sector for our nation. The current medical emergency in our nation witnesses the demand for processed agri-food products. The requirements of cold logistics and supply of essential food commodities were also debated on many occasions. Thus, the young food technologists have a bright future and scope of developing the food sector further and enhance it to the next level. It is been also observed that the industries are looking forward to such motivated minds to reach this goal.
