Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
All submitted papers must be original, not previously published, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Submissions found to contain plagiarism or self-plagiarism will be rejected.
Submission of a manuscript implies that at least one of the authors will register for the conference and present the paper if it is accepted. Papers not presented may be excluded from the final proceedings. The conference will be conducted strictly in physical mode. Online or virtual presentations will not be permitted.
Authors are encouraged to submit full-length papers to facilitate thorough peer review and ensure eligibility for publication in IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE quality and formatting standards.
All paper submissions and the peer-review process for ICICF 2027 are managed using Microsoft CMT.
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore scope and quality requirements.
The conference organisers will verify that submitted papers meet the fundamental requirements of the conference, such as relevance to the conference theme and adherence to the formatting guidelines.
All submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer review process, where the identities of both the authors and the reviewers are kept confidential to ensure an unbiased evaluation. Each paper will be reviewed by at least three independent expert reviewers. The review process will assess submissions based on originality, technical quality, relevance to the conference themes, and clarity of presentation.
Reviewers assess papers based on experimental design, clarity of presentation, importance of the research, and technical soundness. The program chairs make a final decision, which may include acceptance, minor correction with acceptance, or rejection.
