Dr. Levy is a professor of public administration at the University of Hawaii, USA, who works with engineers, computer scientists and disaster managers to promote disaster resilience and socio-economic sustainability. Dr. Levy has received more than $3 million in research grants and worked at leading academic centers around the world. He has published over 50 peer reviewed journal publications and serves on the editorial boards of over a dozen academic journals.

Prof. Arthur James Swart worked for Telkom SA and De Beers Namaqualand Mines for 4 years. He joined the Vaal University of Technology in 1995 and progressed from a technician to a senior lecturer in 2007. He completed my MEd in 2007 and his DTech in 2011. He has always loved teaching, but his passion for research took time to develop! Research definitely affords one the opportunity to engage in life-long learning which will always remain his primary goal which he currently pursue at The Central University of Technology.

CIRO RODRIGUEZ is a professor of the Software Engineering school at National University Mayor de San Marcos, UNMSM. He was the computer science faculty at Graduate School EUPG of National University Federico Villarreal (UNFV). He specialized in advanced studies at the Institute of Theoretical Physics ICTP of Italy. His fields of research include Artificial Intelligence, Health-Social Welfare and Environment. He is a Co-organizer of the ICGCET'2023 Conference.

She holds B.Sc. from Informatics Engineering, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology in 2000 and holds M.Sc. from Magister of Information Technology, Universitas Indonesia in 2003. She holds a Ph.D from Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Indonesia in 2014. She got a Sandwich Program during her postgraduate studies at Information Technology and Electrical Engineering (ITEE) University of Queensland, Australia.

Professor Doctor Yousef El-Ebiary has worked at Al-Madinah International University, Malaysia. He was Deputy of the Faculty for Postgraduate and Scientific Research. Has over 15 years’ experience as a senior lecturer in both the IT (Hons) and MIS (Hons) for degree and postgraduate levels. This role involved the writing design and validation of the programs and as they developed. In addition included extensive experience in conference organization, administrative works and some membership in several committees. He also serves as Dean of student affairs, working with students during their work based learning and developing, plus preparing and organizing some community development services with them in the local community. In terms of supervision he supervises both Ph.D. 's and Master Students, alongside working as a manager for a research journal and reviewer as well. And has good experience in scientific publication and international conferences.”

Dr. Thinagaran Perumal is the recipient of 2014 Early Career Award from IEEE Consumer Electronics Society for his pioneering contribution in the field of consumer electronics. He completed his PhD at Universiti Putra Malaysia, in the area of smart technology and robotics. He is currently an Associate Professor attached with Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Universiti Putra Malaysia. He is also currently appointed as Chair of IEEE Consumer Electronics Society Malaysia Chapter. His research interests are towards interoperability aspects of smart homes and Internet of Things (IoT), activity recognition for ambient intelligence and cyber-physical systems. Some of the eminent works include proactive architecture for IoT systems; development of the cognitive and semantic IoT frameworks for smart homes and activity recognition in smart environments. He is an active member of IEEE Consumer Electronics Society and its Future Directions Committee on Internet of Things. Dr Thinagaran has been invited to give several keynote lectures and plenary talk on Internet of Things in various institutions and organizations internationally. He has received 4 best paper awards. Dr Thinagaran has delivered 10 keynotes and served on 5 panels at various International Conferences. His Scopus h-index is 13, with 460+ citations while Google Scholar h-index is 15 and i10-index is 19 with 727+ citations.
