Author Registration

Authors must complete a two-step registration process to confirm participation and submit their research papers for review. Each accepted paper must have at least one registered author to be included in the conference proceedings.

General Instructions

  • All authors must complete the mandatory registration by following the steps outlined below.
  • Every abstract or paper should have an independent author who registers and presents the paper.
  • Each participant is permitted to present one paper only.
  • Please ensure timely registration to avoid any processing delays.

  • Complete the Author Registration Google Form with accurate personal and institutional details.
  • Proceed to pay the registration fee using the portal or the payment details provided in the form.
  • Ensure that all information is correct, as it will be used for official records and certification purposes.

  • Submit your research paper through the Microsoft CMT platform after completing registration.
  • Final submissions must incorporate peer reviewer suggestions and adhere to the conference standard template.
Note:
  • Registration is mandatory for both presentation and publication eligibility.
  • A single registration covers one paper; additional papers require separate registrations.
  • Only papers with at least one registered author will be included in the conference proceedings.
