Submission Guidelines
General Instructions
- All abstract and paper submissions must be completed via the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT).
- Authors must be registered through the CMT portal in order to submit their work.
- Please ensure timely submission to avoid delays in review and inclusion in the conference proceedings.
- Refer to the official CMT submission guidelines here:CMT Author Submission Guide
- Follow the steps provided in the guide carefully to ensure correct submission to a multi-track conference.
- Sample abstract and paper formats are available for download in the Downloads section on the conference homepage.
- All submissions must strictly adhere to the sample formats provided.
- Ensure your abstract and paper are complete, formatted correctly, and free from errors before submission.
- Click the 'Submit' button on the conference webpage to access the Microsoft CMT portal for ICACEAA-2025.
- To upload your abstract or paper, follow the steps outlined in the CMT submission guide.
- Verify all details before finalising your submission.
