In the Google form, please enter your organization name.

Please select sponsorship category:

• Platinum sponsor (Rs. 3,00,000/-)
• Gold sponsor (Rs. 2,00,000/-)
• Silver sponsor (Rs. 1,00,00/-)
• Startup sponsor (Rs.50,000/-)

Please enter the contact number (Ensure this number is of the point of contact for the organization)

Please enter the city, State & Country of your organization.

Please pay the registration fee. Ensure that you pay the appropriate fee applicable as given in the Google form.

After payment, please enter the UTR number and upload your transaction receipt in the space provided in the Google form. Then press the submit Button.

Note:

• Upon successful submission of the Google form, you will get a copy of your response to your email. Please save this response for any future correspondence if needed.
• A receipt of your payment will be mailed separately upon confirmation of receipt of your payment.

Please pay the stall fee. Kindly ensure that you pay the appropriate fee applicable as given in the Google form.
