- Sponsorship provides significant brand visibility and engagement with a global academic and industrial audience.
- Please complete the registration and payment steps carefully to confirm your participation.
- Complete the Sponsor Registration Google Form, selecting the appropriate sponsorship tier: Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Custom.
- Ensure that all organisational details are accurate. They will be used for official records and recognition during the event.
- Proceed with the sponsorship fee payment as indicated in the Google Form.
- Sponsorship benefits include:
- Logo placement on the conference website, certificates, banners, and digital media.
- Opportunity to present a session or panel (subject to sponsorship tier).
- Complimentary passes for representatives to attend the event.
- Access to recruitment and branding opportunities at the student exhibitor zone.
- Upon successful payment and verification, a sponsorship confirmation email will be issued.
- Further coordination regarding branding materials and event-day logistics will follow.
