  • Complete the Stalls & Exhibitor Registration Form with all required technical and logistical information.
  • Ensure that all details are accurate to facilitate booth allocation and event planning.

  • Proceed with the payment as indicated in the registration form to confirm your participation.
  • Facilities provided to exhibitors include:

  • Stall locations and setup guidelines will be shared one week before the event.
  • Any special technical requirements or AV support must be communicated in advance to ensure proper arrangements.
