Global Traditional Foods Summit 2023

We are pleased to announce the Global Traditional Foods Summit 2023, which will take place from 27th to 29th April 2023 at the Global Campus, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) in Bengaluru, India.

Organised by the Council for Promotion, Research and Trade in Traditional Foods, New Delhi, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), Bengaluru, and the Association of Food Scientists and Technologists (India) - Bangalore Chapter, this event is designed to bring together leading academic scientists, entrepreneurs, researchers, and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of traditional foods.
