We are very proud to provide the facility of the fitness center to our students, staff, and faculty with an outlet for physical and mental health.
JAIN University provides the student community with extracurricular resources and events that promote engagement as well as health and wellness. The Fitness Center is one way in which the university hopes to promote physical wellness as a key for maintaining mental and emotional wellbeing.
Fitness center is equipped with all modern equipment of cardio and weight training placed in 240 square meters.
The fitness center is open for training with the following schedule:
Monday to Saturday
5.30 am - 7.30 am and 5 pm - 8 pm
