The JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), School of Computer Science and IT signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with the Department of IT, Yarsi University, Jakarta Indonesia.

Under the MoUs, both the universities will take up various academic activities like publication of research papers, faculty exchange programmes, student exchange programmes, joint projects, joint internships for students, joint supervision of doctoral and advanced research in information technology and in other trending Computer Science streams such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cyber-Physical System etc.

Speaking during the event Dr. Geetha G, Dean, School of CSIT, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) and Prof. Ummi Azizah Rachmawati, Dean, Department of IT, Yarsi University expressed that the MoUs will provide a strong framework for active engagement in both teaching and research activities in both the universities.

The MoUs will facilitate mutual understanding between both the universities and opens up avenues for exchanging productive academic and research activities. It also paves the way for both the universities to take up various activities like joint research programmes and joint project execution in the Computer Science and Engineering domain especially the fields of Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science etc. and submit proposals in the Indo-Asian Forum.
