NSS (National Service Scheme) volunteers from the School of Engineering and Technology, Jain (Deemed-to-be University) conducted a school cleaning and wall painting program from 28 February to 2 March 2020. This event mainly focused on painting the educational aids in the classrooms and pictures depicting social awareness on the school walls, thus adding a touch of beauty to it.

This event was conducted in association with Ms. Kumudha, Teacher, Govt. Primary School, Chikkadevarahalli and Mr. Kumar, Grama Panchayat Member, Chikkadevarahalli, Kanakapura (T), Ramanagar (D).

Some illustrations were related to the environment, while the other illustrations depicted some powerful quotations, cartoon characters, books, and science. At the end of the third day, the colorful outcome depicted cravings of the artists hidden in the students and passion towards these artistic hobbies. This event was a wonderful learning experience for all the NSS volunteers as it provided the opportunity to encounter novel things in government school settings.
