The Placement and Training Department of School of Engineering and Technology conducted a one day seminar titled “Outcome Based Engineering Education in Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering Technology” on 1 October 2019. The Seminar is delivered by an Eminence Speaker Mr. Sudhir Sanna, M.Tech (Ind.), MS (USA).

Mr. Sudhir have studied and worked in Robotics, Automation and Advanced Manufacturing Technologies. He has worked in USA at various capacities including R&D, Design application, Assembly, Sales, Product Management, Training, Customer Support as an engineer and Manager with reputed Japanese, German and US based companies.

The students from Robotics and Automation, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering department attended the Seminar. Through this seminar, the actual need of Automation and Robotics were discussed and the students are given an overview about the career opportunities in the field of Automation both in India and abroad. The seminar also helps the students to identify the Industries working on these specific fields for Internship, Projects and Placements.
