Eligibility

Pass in PUC / 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Computer Science / Electronics as one of the subjects and obtained at least 60% marks (55% in case of SC/ST category) in the above subjects taken together.

About the program

The program aims to provide students with an in-depth understanding of Cloud Technology and Mobile Applications, with a focus on Android app development. The specific outcomes of the program are to apply the software development life cycle process in building web, mobile, and cross-platform applications, use analytical and soft skills to demonstrate proficiency in cloud-based solutions for real-time problems using service providers like Amazon Web Service, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and OpenStack.

With the increase of internet users, especially on smartphones, several companies have shifted their focus towards the development of mobile applications. This has resulted in enormous growth in job opportunities for graduates from these two domains. The new entrepreneurial opportunities opening in this field are also incredibly significant. To support this, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) is offering B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering in Mobile Application and Cloud Technology. The program is designed to meet industry standards and transform graduates into ready-to-employ professionals.

Program Specific Outcome

On completion of the Cloud Technology and Mobile Application program, students will possess the following program specific outcomes:

  • PSO 1: Apply the software development life cycle process in building web, mobile and cross-platform based applications using analytical skills, creativity, communication, problem solving skills and programming languages.
  • PSO 2: Provide cloud-based solutions for real time problems using suitable service providers such as Amazon Web Service, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and OpenStack.
