The postgraduate program leading to Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Nano Technology has been designed to help students pursue their career options in industry, research & development, as well as in academia. Nanotechnology focuses on solid-state physics, nanoelectronics, nanofluidics, nanophotonics, and biosensor energy technologies. This course is aimed at providing students with an outstanding knowledge of nanoscience in combination with the skills to apply this knowledge in new products having the syllabus coverage in close correspondence with nanoscience and its usage.

The duration of the program will be of 2 years comprising of four semesters. The first three semesters they will be learning the concept and in the final semester, they will be exposed to solving a real-life problem through project work.
