Bengaluru, 29 October 2025: The Anova Club of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science), Faculty of Engineering and Technology, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), successfully organised a 1-Day Alumni Connect Programme titled “AI in Action: Create, Code & Launch with Generative AI” at Lecture Hall 327A, Jain Global Campus, Kanakapura Road. The event witnessed the participation of 63 students, fostering an engaging exchange of knowledge between alumni and current learners.
The session aimed to equip students with practical exposure to Generative AI tools and technologies, including ElevenLabs and Boult, while deepening their understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering. Participants were guided to create personalised digital portfolios and interactive resumes, integrating design and innovation using HTML, CSS, and animation-based transitions.
The workshop provided a comprehensive insight into the role of AI in content creation, personal branding, and professional development, aligning with the university’s vision of preparing students for Industry 4.0 through experiential learning.
Participants gained hands-on experience with real-world AI tools, successfully developed personal portfolio websites, and enhanced their creative resume-building skills. The session also emphasised crafting effective prompts for AI systems, enabling learners to integrate artificial intelligence into their professional workflows and daily productivity tasks.
The programme reinforced JAIN (Deemed-to-be University)’s commitment to promoting skill-based learning and alumni engagement. It served as a platform for students to apply theoretical concepts to practical creation, positioning them to excel in the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence and digital innovation.
