The workshop will culminate with an aeromodelling design contest in which participants will showcase their aerobatic skills to maneuver flying models created by them.
2	Women's Day 2020	09/030/2020	Quasars	Members of the student club Quasars Organised an event to celebrate Women's Day in the Aerospace Engineering Department. As a part of the celebrations, the female students of Aerospace Engineering were invited for a cake cutting and photoshoot beside the Department’s HPT32 aircraft. The event was well-received by the students who felt that events like this will go a long way in promoting gender equality in the aerospace industry.

Mr. Kabir Kumar S, 3rd Year Aeronautical Student has won Gold Medal in All India Karate Tournament held at Kurukshetra University, Haryana held on 14th and 15th March 2022.

Mr. Kabir Kumar S, 3rd Year Aeronautical Student has won Gold Medal in KHELO INDIA 2021-Karate event held at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University).

Ato. Behailu Dejene Abebe, 3rd year Aeronautical Engineering student is currently the Project manager for Hult prize foundation 2021/22 and nominee campus director for next year Hult prize foundation 2022/23.

Students of the Aerospace Engineering department, as a part of the Institute Football team, participated in the Football tournament held at Manipal Institute of Technology and finished as Quarterfinalists in the tournament (April 2022).

Students of the Aerospace Engineering department, as part of Institute football team, won the Football Tournament held at RV College of Engineering on 3rd June 2022.
