The Zigbee Student Club, in collaboration with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (IoT), successfully hosted Arduino Day 2025 at Jain Global Campus, Kanakapura, Karnataka. This two-day event, held on 21st and 22nd March, brought together over 150 students, faculty members, and distinguished guests. The inauguration featured an invocation song and the traditional lighting of the lamp, followed by insightful speeches from Dr. Geeta, Dr. Deepak Sinha, and Dr. Suresh Kallam, who emphasised the significance of innovation in IoT. The unveiling of a new logo symbolised the Zigbee Club’s commitment to fostering a collaborative and technologically driven learning environment. A key highlight of the event was the technical talk by Ms. Gowthami, where participants engaged in discussions on Arduino applications and the TinkerCad Online Platform, gaining practical insights into its industrial applications. An inspiring alumni session also featured speakers who shared their professional experiences, bridging the gap between academia and industry.

The Project Expo, a standout segment of the event, showcased the innovative prowess of second and third-year IoT students. Attendees witnessed a diverse range of Arduino-based projects that demonstrated both technical expertise and creative problem-solving. The hands-on workshops provided an immersive learning experience, enabling participants to explore the capabilities of IoT technology in real-world scenarios. Audience feedback reflected high engagement and appreciation, with students praising the event’s interactive format, the opportunity to collaborate, and the practical exposure it offered. The Zigbee Student Club’s meticulous organisation and dedication were instrumental in making Arduino Day 2025 a resounding success, inspiring students to pursue technological advancements enthusiastically and confidently.
