Hosted by the FOSS Club in collaboration with the School of Computer Science (Software Engineering), Alumni Talks with Mr. Shashank Jangra proved to be one of the most sought-after events on February 12, 2025, at the JAIN Global Campus. The event was a testament to the collaborative efforts of the FOSS Club and the School of Computer Science in bringing such insightful sessions to the students.

Mr. Shashank Jangra, an alumnus from the first graduating batch of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), is currently a Product Manager at AlaanDubai, UAE. The session centred on his valuable insights and experiences in the fast-evolving tech industry, the importance of internships, and strategies for navigating the hiring landscape.

Our alumnus's visit to the campus and an interactive session with students revealed multiple facets of the tech industry. The session emphasised using platforms effectively, the evolution of AI, and the Future of AI. The outcome of the session was witnessed by a Q&A session with the students and a new-found knowledge and confidence in navigating the job market with the huge onset of new artificial intelligence in the global tech world.
