Graduation Day 2026 Celebrates the Academic Journey of Over 1,400 Engineering Graduates

Bengaluru, 2nd May 2026 - The Faculty of Engineering and Technology, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), marked a significant academic milestone with its Graduation Day Ceremony 2026, held on 2 May 2026 at the Colosseum, JAIN Global Campus. The ceremony celebrated the achievements of 1,297 B.Tech graduates from the 2022–2026 batch and 108 M.Tech graduates from the 2024–2026 batch, bringing together students, faculty, administrators, and families for a memorable occasion of reflection and accomplishment.

The event commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp and an invocation song, setting a dignified tone for the proceedings. Dr. Beemkumar N delivered the welcome address, while Dr. Venkadeswaran K presented the annual report, highlighting the institution’s academic achievements, student accomplishments, and research initiatives over the year.

An inspiring graduation address was delivered by Shri Ravindra Bhandary, Vice President of JAIN Group, who encouraged graduates to embrace future opportunities with confidence, integrity, adaptability, and a commitment to lifelong learning. His message resonated strongly with students preparing to transition from academic life into professional careers and higher studies.

Adding a deeply personal dimension to the ceremony, five valedictorians reflected on their academic journeys, sharing experiences of growth, resilience, and transformation during their years at the institution. Achiever’s Awards were also presented to students who demonstrated excellence in academics, innovation, leadership, and overall contribution to campus life.

The formal conferment ceremony began with the distribution of mementoes to M.Tech graduates, followed by B.Tech students across disciplines including Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and specialised streams, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Information Science and Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.

The atmosphere throughout the day reflected both celebration and gratitude, as students assembled in formal attire alongside proud faculty members and families. More than a ceremonial farewell, Graduation Day 2026 symbolised the culmination of years of dedication and the beginning of new professional journeys. The event concluded with graduates being formally welcomed into the JAIN University Alumni Network, reinforcing a lifelong connection with their alma mater and a shared commitment to future excellence.
