Addressing the increasing pressures faced by students, the session introduced practical strategies to manage academic stress and maintain emotional balance. Through relatable examples and actionable techniques, participants were encouraged to adopt healthier approaches to handling challenges in both academic and personal contexts.
The event also reflected strong student involvement, with volunteers contributing to its seamless execution and interactive atmosphere. Their participation highlighted the collaborative spirit that the BODHI DARPAN Club intends to cultivate.
By bringing together elements of mental well-being, value-based learning, and community engagement, the launch of the club signals a broader commitment to holistic education. The initiative is expected to play a vital role in shaping well-rounded individuals equipped to navigate both professional demands and personal growth with balance and awareness.
