Bengaluru, 28th February 2026: The Department of Computer Science and Business Systems (CSBS), Faculty of Engineering and Technology at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) conducted a focused Career Guidance Interaction session via Google Meet for third and final-year students. The programme aimed to provide practical insights into placement preparation, technical skill development, aptitude training, and interview strategies through peer learning and experience sharing.
Nearly 15 final-year students, who had secured positions in leading organisations, participated as mentors, sharing their placement journeys and preparation strategies. Notable contributors included Sree Harsha (NVIDIA), Ms. Shreya (Tata Consultancy Services and Prodapt), and Ankush Anil Sanghvi (Mu Sigma and Prodapt). Their guidance covered technical preparation, resume building, aptitude approaches, and interview performance, offering juniors a clear understanding of industry expectations.
Around 50 third-year students attended the session, actively engaging with the speakers and clarifying doubts related to campus placements and higher education opportunities. The session encouraged early and structured preparation, while strengthening peer mentoring within the department.
