Intel, a multinational corporation and technology company that delivers AI across cloud, data center, edge, and client with their exclusive hardware and software signed an MoU with JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) as an effort to offer B. Tech CSE specialization in IoT.

The MoU was signed on 12 July 2024 at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) - Faculty of Engineering and Technology, School of Computer Science and Engineering. This collaboration aims to enhance the curriculum and benefit students with lab projects and certifications. Both the students and faculty will be certified every semester/ year on defined technical subjects, with certification.

Various areas where students will be trained include IoT, AI (ML & DL), HPC, and Cybersecurity. Lab projects will be integrated into the curriculum to enhance practical learning. There will also be support for startups, fostering an entrepreneurial culture among students.

Additionally, each semester will feature a five-day (40-hour) on-site in-campus hands-on workshop delivered by Edulateral Foundation, Intel-certified trainers, followed by online activities and project support. This partnership enables students to secure internships and participate in hackathons, providing valuable practical experience and opportunities for innovation.
