The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering organized a webinar on “mHealth 3.0: Combining Mobile Phones with Artificial Intelligence for Disease Screening and Diagnostics" by Dr. Richard Ribon Fletcher, Research Scientist, MIT-USA on June 3rd, 2022 for all the students across the departments. It was excellent, and the students and faculty benefited from it. We look forward to more such ventures.
Five Day Skill Development Workshop on MATLAB organized by department of Electronics and Communication Engineering for Faculties, Research scholars, UG and PG students across all the branches. The workshop was organized between 21st and 25th February 2022
Webinar on “Communication using MATLAB” organized by department of Electronics and Communication Engineering for all the students across the departments. The webinar was organized as live program on YouTube with participants from various colleges and branches across the country, held on 4th June 2021.

Three Days Online Workshop on Android App Development for Embedded System organized by Department of ECE and EEE in the month of May 2020 from 13th to15th for students and faculties of FET
Five Days Faculty Development Program on "Best Practises" organized in coordination with IQAC, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University). The FDP was organized between 10th and 14th January 2020.
One day Workshop on “Smartphone addiction and overcoming challenges by Yoga Practices” organized by department of ECE for the students and staffs of FET on 4th December 2019. The workshop was conducted by expert team from Anveshana-Research Wing of SVYASA.
One week JAVA Workshop was organized by Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering under the Evalanche Club for final year students of ECE to help their placement activities. The workshop was organized for one week between 11th and 17th October 2019. Students were given hands on with JAVA and core C to face interview in their placements.
Evalanche Club “Open Day” a techno cultural event was organized by Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The event was at interdepartmental level with many technical and cultural events with food carnival for continuous 2 days on 26th and 27th of September 2019.
“Project Exhibition” for outgoing final year students was organized by Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering on June 14th 2019. Dr. Kariyappa, professor, department of ECE, RVCE and Prof. Sunil Kumar G.R, professor, department of ECE, KSIT was the invited judges for the event.
